Terms of Service and Shipping Policy
Please note that your order must be placed by 9:00 am Pacific Time to ship the same day that the order is placed.
We offer three shipping options:
1) Standard Shipping (1-4 Business Days)
2) Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
3) Express Shipping (1 Business Day)
On occasion, we may oversell on a particular product. We do all we can to avoid such circumstances but at times they are unavoidable and we do sincerely apologize. In such a case we will contact you ASAP to let you know about the situation. At that time we will see if you would like us to order the product if it is still currently available at the advertised price, or if you would like us to cancel the order.
All Exchanges / Returns for defective items or wrong items must be made within 7 days of original purchase. Product must be in new unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and the purchase receipt. Come into the store or ship Exchanges via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise exchanged/returned must be in NEW UN-USED condition.
#1 Send a copy of your invoice with the product, save one copy for yourself.
#2 Call us at 310-605-6767 to get an RMA#
#3 Write your RMA# on the outside of the package and on the copy of the invoice you will be sent back with the product.

#5 Upon receiving your defective item/parts, we will send you a replacement.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, these items will not ship or be charged to your account. If you would like to backorder the product please contact us by phone at 310-999-7009. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
